Summary of what I found
  I found that collages and Universities are looking for in an applicant. The main things they wasn are grades, and your scrores from tests such as the SAT. They also look for extracurricular activities. The fact that a students is involved in extracurricular activities shows that a student manageshis or her time better.They also look at your discipline as an important factor. The less detentions you have the better you will look to the universities. Reaserch shos that universities are more likely to accept an older person. Ex. 19 vs 17. This would be because of his or her maturity and life experience. Universities are also more likely to accept foreign students. This means that a foreigh student is more like;y to get financial aid and be accepted. This is because collages want to have as more cultural diversity as possible. These are the toughest universities to get into in the world:
